Updated and new translations of capital market laws into English
On 29 May 2022, Act No. 96/2022 Coll., which amends certain laws in the area of the financial market, especially in connection with the implementation of European Union regulations regarding the capital markets union, came into effect.
In connection with this, the Ministry of Finance publishes updated English translations of the Act on Business on the Capital Market, the Act on Bonds and the Act on Investment Companies and Investment Funds as effective as of 13 April 2023.
The Ministry of Finance also publishes English translations of the Capital Market Supervision Act and the Government Regulation on the Investment of Investment Funds, which have not yet been published, also as effective as of 13 April 2023.
