The Ministry of Finance publishes translation of the Capital Market Business Act (version effective from Janary 3, 2018)
Ministry of Finance publishes translation of the current version of Capital Market Business Act as amended by Act No. 204/2017 Coll. (effective from January 3 ,2018), which transposed MiFID II into Czech law. Ministry of Finance also publishes vocabulary of the most important terms in this translation.
