The Ministry of Finance introduces a new website “Capital Guide” (kapitalovypruvodce.cz), which is designed for small and medium-sized companies looking for alternatives to financing their business.
On 1st January 2021, the Act No. 33/2020 Coll., which amends Act. No. 90/2012 Coll. on Commercial Companies and Cooperatives (Business Corporations Act), as amended by Act No. 458/2016 Coll., and other related acts, entered into force. This Act, among other things, amended Act No. 240/2013 Coll., on Management Companies and Investment Funds.
On 24th August 2020 the Government discussed and approved a bill amending certain laws in connection with the capital market development.

It is already the second version of this document and its purpose is to provide investors, who are not experienced in such a kind of investment, a simple and fast tool for initial evaluation of bonds.
