Independent Unit 9004 – Office of the State Secretary

It ensures the activities of the Disciplinary Commission in the Ministry, including proceedings on disciplinary liability. It handles appeals and complaints pursuant to Act No 234/2014 Coll. and complaints pursuant to the Administrative Code related to the administration of service relations. It investigates possible illegal actions by employees at the level of the Ministry. It coordinates the preparation of ministerial opinions in the framework of the comment procedure, if the role of administrator is assigned to the State Secretary Section. It carries out activities in appeal and supervisory proceedings within the scope of its competence. It ensures the data protection policy of the Ministry. It prepares selected service regulations within the scope of the Personnel Department. It manages the system of service regulations in a binding manner. At the level of the Ministry of Finance, it handles complaints and petitions in accordance with the legislation. It coordinates the implementation of the Ministry's anti-corruption tasks and participates in the implementation of the measures of the Government's anti-corruption programme.
