Independent Unit 9006 - Financial Management and ICT Contracting

It plans, establishes and manages the ICT budget and the budget for central ICT services in the light of the developed concepts and strategies and administers it in the established documentation. It manages contractual relations with external suppliers, participates in the preparation of tenders in cooperation with professional ICT departments, defines commercial and financial conditions and participates in the preparation of draft contractual documents, which are subsequently finalised. It provides methodological and coordination support for all ICT units of the Ministry.
