Department 70 - Management of ICT Development
The Department is responsible for building, modernising and developing ICT within the Ministry and central ICT services. It works with the Ministry's departments to specify the objectives and goals of ICT projects, ensures the preparation of needs analysis and definition of SLAs for each project. It is governed by the applicable legal regulations, standards, methodologies, internal and other regulations, on the basis of which it defines the restrictive conditions for project implementation. Analyses, based on input from the ICT Operations Department in the framework of project management and testing, the requirements for the modification of the Ministry's ICT with regard to the end user. For the separate department ICT Finance and Contracting, it prepares the necessary documents for financial planning and budgeting in the area of building, developing and operating the Ministry's ICT and central ICT services. It prepares documents for the implementation of contractual relations with external suppliers. It carries out testing and implementation of implemented projects in cooperation with the ICT Operations Department. It is responsible for managing the pilot operations of the Ministry's ICT projects and central ICT services implemented by the ICT Operations Department. It cooperates in the management of pilot operations of projects related to printing services and other functionalities of multifunctional devices implemented by the Economic Administration Department. It provides application support to IISST users and ensures basic IISST setup, analysis of change requests for IISST modification and IISST development in cooperation with the ICT Operations Department. It manages the design and development of the IISST, that is, the State Treasury. It coordinates the building and operation of the CC. It coordinates the management of ICT services provided to the MoF by the state enterprise SPCSS.
