Department 66 – Public Procurement

The Department organises and ensures the procurement of the Ministry's public contracts, with the exception of the procurement carried out by the Department for the Implementation of Environmental Obligations Arising from Privatisation. It ensures the management and coordination of the central state purchasing system in public administration and prepares binding technical standards. In the case of centralised procurement, it organises and manages procurement for the contracting authorities in charge. It carries out conceptual, methodological, advisory, control, standard-setting and coordination activities in the field of public procurement in the Ministry. It performs other tasks resulting from the legal regulation of public procurement.
