Consultation material on the legislative measures arising from the National Strategy for the Development of Capital Market in the Czech Republic 2019-2023
The Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic has prepared a consultation material for implementation of legislative measures included in the National Strategy for the Capital Market Development in the Czech Republic 2019 – 2023 that was approved by the Government of the Czech Republic on 4th March 2019. The aim of the consultation material is to obtain opinion of the expert public on individual measures and their potential realisation, which is included in the consultation material.
The following topics can be addressed in the consultation:
- Establishment of the Long-Term Investment Account
- Standardization of investment questionnaires
- Draft of the Web signpost
- Self-certification of investors (business angels)
- Regulation of crowdfunding platforms marketing corporate bonds
- Draft of the new simplified joint-stock company
- Barriers to money market development and securitization
- Introduction of an alternative participation fund
- Revision of state support of pension funds
- Introduction of sub-funds for a joint-stock company and a limited partnership with investment certificate
- Maintaining a “time test” when switching between sub-funds of SICAV
- Support of the use XML format by executors (distrainers)
- Support of the trading with corporate bonds
- Trust funds as investment funds
