Off balance sheet partnerships of private and public sectors 2010-2013
In order to disclose information required by the Council Directive 2011/85/EU in the field of off balance sheet PPPs, Ministry of Finance amended the decree of the MoF no. 410/2009 Coll.
According to this amendment regions and municipalities, regional councils of cohesion regions, contributory organizations included as a part of General Government, state funds and state organizational units are obliged to report information on initial contractual capital value in PPP contracts, progressively reduced over time.
As to 31st October 2014, no relevant transactions to be published were identified. Such transactions also were not identified in the Public Procurement Bulletin or in the State Budget documentation provided by individual budget chapters and state funds administration.
Ministry of Finance is now working on improvement of methodological support for the decree no. 410/2009 Coll. implementation.
