Department 45 - Implementation of Environmental Liabilities Arising from Privatisation

It comprehensively implements contracts for the removal of ecological damages arising before the privatisation of state property and contracts for the removal of old ecological damages and landscape revitalisation based on individual government decisions to address the economic situation and revitalisation of regions affected by the consequences of mining activities. Pursuant to Section 26(1)(b) of Act No. 320/2001 Coll., it acts as the administrator of the Privatisation Fund budget.
