Funding and Debt Management Strategy for 2005

The Minister of Finance decided on the structure and method of financing borrowing needs of the central government in the budgetary year 2005 and approved the overall absolute and relative limits for issuance activities on the domestic and foreign financial markets and for the active management of debt portfolio of the state.
